Proxy Product Owner

We are searching for a Proxy Product Owner to join our Team and work with IBA strategic clients. As the Proxy Product Owner, you will contribute to the success of our customer projects and participate in Systems Migration projects for our clients.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

• Analyse a legacy system to produce complete and consistent requirements.
• Work with a customer' technical team and business to refine the legacy system.
• Analyse component dependencies to introduce decoupling.
• Understand and specify the data model.
• Build, plan and prioritize product backlog.
• Communicate with a technical team to mitigate impediments. 
• Verify and present work done.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT area.
• Technical background in any programming language.
• Experience with legacy code. 
• Confident SQL user.
• Experience in system analysis.
• High-level understanding of web and cloud technology.
• Understanding Agile principles.
• Spoken English. 
• Higher education diploma
• Legal work permit in Poland

Good asset:

• Readiness to travel.
• German language knowledge.
