In this role you will

coding to deliver new features and support existing ones,
estimating the time required for tasks assigned and completing them in the timeframe given,
effectiveness in realizing assigned tasks, individually or in cooperation with other team members
proactive approach to issues, engaging in finding solutions with whole team
supporting Scrum Master and Product Owner in conceptual works on features
ability to work work on technical debt, propose solutions to control and reduce it
actively work toward improving systems architecture
mentoring for less experienced colleagues
helping improve software development processes

Most wanted

5 years (or more) of professional experience in C++ programming (including STL),
2 years as Senior Developer or Technical Leader
the ability to adapt to working with an existing code base,
knowledge of version control systems (GIT) and best practices around it
