Your responsibilities
- Trouble-shooting simple software and network issues,
- Escalation of more difficult issues to tier II support,
- Monitoring alerts handling,
- Documentation and reporting of technical issues,
- Knowledgebase development and maintenance.
Our requirements
- Work experience in a Help Desk or NOC setting,
- Experience with software support and monitoring for multiple applications,
- Excellent multi-tasking, communication, and problem-solving skills,
- English spoken and written on an intermediate level,
- Experience with Unix/Linux based systems,
- Experience with script languages (Bash/Python/Ruby),
- Willingness to work in a 4-brigade shift system (NOC Team works 24x7x365).
