We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Project Electronics Engineer to lead our team in the development of customer projects. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and excellent project management skills. Chief Project Electronics Engineer 


You will be responsible for:


  • Lead and oversee the team responsible for the development of customer projects, providing guidance, direction, and technical expertise,
  • Prepare for and actively participate in both customer and internal technical meetings, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop project plans and effectively manage changes to project scope, timelines, and resources,
  • Ensure the preparation and maintenance of all necessary project documentation, including technical specifications, reports, and project progress updates,
  • Engage with customers, understand their requests, and implement agreed-upon requirements while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction,
  • Participate in design reviews to assess project progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with project goals,
  • Lead activities related to architectural design and Functional Safety (FuSa) considerations, ensuring that projects adhere to safety standards and best practices.


We require:


  • Fluency in English,
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field,
  • Working experience in automotive sector will be a strong asset,
  • Proven experience in leading project development teams, with a track record of successful project delivery,
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, change management, and documentation,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and internal teams effectively,
  • Proficiency in architectural design and Functional Safety (FuSa) considerations,
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Europe/UK for technical meetings and project-related activities,
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus,
  • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and guide a team toward project success.
