Currently we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst as we are supporting our partner in developing Global Analytics unit which is a global, centralized team with the ambition to strengthen data-driven decision-making and the development of smart data products for day-to-day operations.

As team expands its analytics solutions on a global scale, we are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Data Analyst.

The Global Analytics team is a diverse collective of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Business Intelligence Specialists, and Analytics Translators, with footprints across three continents and five countries. Its ethos revolves around fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and ensuring reliability. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping data analytics strategy. You will lead complex data analysis projects that influence key business decisions and drive the analytical direction within the company.

If you join us, your responsibilities will include:

• strategic data analysis: leading advanced analytical projects, leveraging data to uncover insights that inform strategic business decisions
• leadership in analytics: mentoring junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team
• data visualization and reporting: Creating and overseeing the development of advanced dashboards and reports that clearly communicate strategic insights to senior stakeholders
• innovative problem-solving: collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and employ data-driven strategies to address them
• process optimization: spearheading initiatives to enhance analytical methodologies and data infrastructure, ensuring best practices in data analysis

We expect:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of leading analytical projects
• advanced proficiency in SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau; strong knowledge of Python or R is highly desirable
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or another quantitative discipline
• exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership
• exceptional ability to work within a diverse team, sharing insights and learning from a global community
• pragmatic and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering impactful outcomes in an agile manner
• fluent English (written and spoken) as you will communicate in English almost all the time
