Full-Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel/React)

Modern haulage and logistics company covering domestic and international transport and shipping in the UK and Europe is looking for highly motivated and skilled Full-Stack Developers passionate about building great products and solving challenging technical problems. We are seeking a mid or senior-level developer based in Warsaw or open to relocation to Warsaw, who will be able to work full-time from the office in Warsaw city center.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the technical vision for the new haulage and logistics platform. You will work closely with the project team and other teams to drive the development of innovative and high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. In this role, you'll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features. You will have a direct impact on the final product, and in return, our client expects a proactive attitude and a creative approach from you.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document in PHP to build a platform automating the sales and delivery of our client services.
• Work in a continuous delivery environment, writing production-ready code that is deployed continuously.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
• Participate in code review and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that products are user-friendly and intuitive.

Key requirements:

• Experience with PHP/Laravel and JS/React.
• Experience as a full-stack developer in a similar self-driven work environment.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development, system architecture, DevOps, and/or other technical domains.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for work and eagerness for future development as a developer.
