We are HTD - a fast growing development shop on a mission to build software that will solve meaningful problems in healthcare. We help ideate, design, build, grow and scale with digital health startups, clinics large and small, medical device consulting firms and other non-healthcare entrepreneurs. Our team is comprised of 35+ developers and designers.

- If you wanted you could reimplement the libraries popular in JS ecosystem because you understand how they work under the hood :) While you might have little reservation against using all the new shiny objects you can’t stop playing with them and prototyping
- You will fail a lot because you will be given opportunities to experiment and take a risk
- You will dream big with us and happily discuss rooftop and moonshot ideas (organise the best JS conference? create our own JS certification path? spin off JS school? Sky is the limit.)
- As one of the most senior people in our company, you will be invited to help shape the strategy in key areas including engineering, sales, people operations, and employer branding.
- You will help us implement and enforce company-wide engineering practices and be data-driven about it. You will monitor projects health and intervene when needed.
- Optional: You might support sales efforts by joining client calls being an engineering face of the organization. You might travel to our key clients in NYC, Boston and Silicon Valley.
