The IAM Joiner Mover Leaver Process Owner is required to support the Head of IAM Controls & IDAM Control Owners and provide direct assistance and contribution to the Identity & Access Management organization through management and execution of significant Cybersecurity responsibilities, assuring the most effective access management controls. Responsible for programs, services and initiatives that protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets and work closely with all Global lines of business and application teams to enhance and automate key control processes permitting them to meet their objectives within their risk appetite.

What you’ll do

• Develop, implement, and maintain IAM JML processes. Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Manage the complete user lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role changes. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to streamline the JML process.
• Architect effective IAM JML Process and Tools.
• Generate and present reports on IAM JML control process performance.
• Lead remediation activities of IAM JML process and raising MSII in collaboration with IAM CARI Risk team.
• Serve as a global point of contact providing advice for the business and application teams on all JML functional and non-functional requirements to ensure compliance with policies.
• Support the IAM Access Governance Operations teams as lead on all aspects relating to JML process.
• Liaise with other teams within IAM CARI team in relation to JML process.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• Work Experience & knowledge on various IAM processes, IDAM Controls & Risk management.
• Experience in supporting and managing multiple internal & external audits.
• Strong knowledge and work experience on various IAM Access governance Tools like ServiceNow, SailPoint, Okta, etc.
• Experience in developing KCI, KRI and other Cyber metrics desirable.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management, including JML control processes.
• Strong understanding of IAM technologies, including identity governance and access management solutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001).
