Your career opportunity
The Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for informing stakeholders of guidelines, communication, onboarding, and policies to progress issues. Responsible for coordinating issue management working group cadences and materials consolidation. Accountable for the oversight of a subset of issues.
What you’ll do
- Provide guidance, communication, and onboarding as needed, and ongoing support on policies, standards, and procedures.
- Prioritize and triage issues to assign ownership (for the issues assigned accountable to the Issue Coordinator).
- Coordinate and consolidate materials for issue management working group sessions.
- Progress strategic and proactive communication with stakeholders of issue management guidelines and policies.
- Interact and be a representative throughout the region at various levels of management on behalf of DAO Issue Management.
- Effectively engage with external stakeholders, while keeping them informed on progress related to their requests, as needed.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative working environment within the DAO and with external stakeholders.
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management and intake management for data organization.
- Ability to coordinate with offshore resources across time zones and work cultures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills when holding stakeholders accountable.
- Experience with managing interactions with SMEs/ITSOs.
- Ability to coordinate across conflicting requests and prioritize competing demands.
- A good knowledge of the US DAO, and the broader organization, and its strategy, internal policies, and procedures is preferable.
- Necessity to make robust/tough decisions that may be contrary to others’ wishes and ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Strong leadership and program management ability, developing and motivating cross-functional employees.
