We have a unique opportunity for you to support the change delivery across all the Strategy pillars. The principal accountability of the role holder is to contribute to managing the DAO Delivery Standards team, ensuring adherence to Group Standards and oversight of change execution risk & control requirements.

What you’ll do

  • Ensure DAO’s alignment to group standards and HSBC’s Change Framework through capability uplift, continuous improvement, and adherence checks.
  • Support the execution of DAO Risk & Control Assessments (annually and ad-hoc where required)
  • Conduct control monitoring activities, including quarterly sample-based reviews.
  • Support delivery, closure, and governance of MSIIs.
  • Create of governance materials for a senior audience.
  • Ensure verbal and written communication related to Delivery Portfolio governance.
  • Manage and update portfolio documentation, process documents and information sources.
  • Support delivery of key objectives with advisory responsibilities collaboration to build a sense of community.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 or more years experience.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practice techniques.
  • Excellent technical expertise in Microsoft Office – Excel (pivot table expertise, VLOOKUP’s, formulas), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience with other project and portfolio management tools i.e., Clarity, Jira, MS Project, Open Workbench.
  • Experience with collaboration platforms i.e., Confluence, MS SharePoint.
  • Ability to establish and leverage cross functional relationships to help drive key deliverables.
