At the AI Team within the Warsaw Research Center, we specialize in crafting applications for understanding natural language. Our work involves developing and refining machine learning algorithms to support various products and services.

As a Software Engineer in our team, you'll be tasked with a range of responsibilities:

• Software Development: This includes implementing language processing algorithms, integrating them into pipelines, and working on the development, training and evaluation of language models
• Conducting Research: You'll delve into the latest advancements, formulating hypotheses and testing them

Some typical tasks may involve:

• Designing and implementing AI safety algorithms for large language models
• Fine-tuning models for specific natural language processing tasks
• Collaborating closely with linguistic teams to ensure accuracy and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Proficiency in advanced algorithms and data structures
• Strong skills in modern programming languages like Python or C++
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a programmer
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

Nice to have:

• A competitive programming track record
• Previous exposure to neural generative models, such as transformers used for processing text or images
