We are looking for a Warsaw-based Scrum Master (m/f/d) to help the Team in reaching their goals and to coach the Team to achieve mastery in Agile.

We are looking for a Warsaw-based Scrum Master (m/f/d) to help the Team in reaching their goals and to coach the Team to achieve mastery in Agile.
Your challenges
- Ensure the team's energy and efficiency and flow
- Support the Team in reaching their sprint goals
- Orchestrate the scrum process requirements: daily scrums, sprint plannings, retrospectives, refinements, and product reviews
- Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of product features
- Visualize teams statistics and project progress
- Help Product Owner to define priorities for the team
- Coach whole organization on how to ensure equal voice and autonomy
- Ensure development of individuals by collaborating with management
Your commitment
- Significant experience in an agile environment
- Impeccable communication, moderation, coaching and conflict management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Kanban.
- Ability to implement/improve processes and best practices
- Results orientation, self-confidence, hands-on role modeling
- Fluency in English and Polish, spoken and written
