Hotailors is a technologically advanced application that simplifies the process of carrying out business trips. Thanks to it, you can apply for a trip by selecting its various components (flight, train, hotel, apartment, insurance, etc.), get approval from your supervisor and receive tickets for all ordered services in a matter of minutes.

 

Thanks to our experience in the travel industry, our proprietary technology, as well as strong partners such as Booking.com, Amadeus, SAP, and Microsoft, we have managed to meet the needs of many organizations and partners. We learn from our mistakes and try not to make the same again. In the production process, we place great emphasis on good task design, code review, sprint refinement, retrospective, knowledge sharing, test automation, performance tests, security tests and functional tests. We work in Scrum, use Jira and GitLab, and communicate through MS Teams and Google Meet. We probably don't like meetings just like you - we limit them to the absolute minimum.

 

How we work:

- We use the Scrum framework and take care of all scrum ceremonies (Daily, Weekly, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective), we also regularly do Refinement
- We estimate tasks in Story Points
- We care about the quality of the software we produce, which is why our code is covered with unit tests, each task goes through code review (Gitlab), and in our development team we have 4 testers (we automate UI tests!)
- We work in small teams (2-3 people in each team) that change every few sprints (after delivering more functionality)
- We have a sprint-changing operations team to deal with unplanned production issues (Kanban)
- We use Jira to organize our work
- We are happy to share knowledge during Knowledge Sharing meetings

What we expect:

- At least one year of work experience as a Scrum Master (or more on a similar position)
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn
- Good understanding of the software development process
- Great knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct effective team meetings
- Nice to have: PSM I / CSM certificate
