Job description
HOLO SURGICAL S.A. is a leader in augmented reality surgical navigation that combines real-time 3D visualization and artificial intelligence to improve minimally invasive surgical outcomes, reduce surgical time, and decrease complications.
Education:
- Studies in a technical university
- Completed bachelor’s in computer science, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering or a related field
- Currently pursuing or completed master’s, or PhD degree in a related field
Required knowledge and experience:
- Theoretical concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Neural Networks (NN)
- Practical use of Deep Learning libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch)
- Image Data Processing
- Advanced computer programming (Python and C++)
- Advanced communication skills in spoken and written English (B2/C1 equivalent or above)
Desired (but not required) knowledge and experience:
- Medical Imaging Processing
- Parallel programming and GPU computing
- Version Control software (Git or equivalent)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development on AI, ML, and NN applied to medical applications on orthopaedics and neurosurgery
- Neural network training and performance evaluation
- Data preparation and data augmentation

Job’s location and schedule
- Currently residing in Warsaw or Poznan, or willing to relocate to these cities.
