Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst, who will serve as the voice of the customer in defining and delivering innovative digital solutions. This role requires someone who can work globally across multiple business units, understand user personas and journeys, and translate them into actionable user flow diagrams. The ideal candidate will collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to prioritize features, provide insights into market trends, and develop AI and data tools. You should be skilled in developing user stories, roadmaps, and business cases while championing the MVP concept. Strong communication and the ability to influence product adoption are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with global business units to understand user needs, pain points, and journeys, and creating user flow diagrams to support business cases;
• Collaborating with delivery teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features for future releases;
• Supporting the scoping and delivery of data and AI tools by working closely with Delivery Leads and business stakeholders;
• Monitoring product, technology, and market trends to provide valuable insights;
• Developing and documenting feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps in alignment with the overall product vision;
• Gathering and synthesizing product feedback from stakeholders across various levels;
• Advocating for the MVP concept, ensuring the focus remains on what’s most desirable, viable, and feasible;
• Working with multidisciplinary teams to develop, design, and test innovative solutions;
• Leading the creation of business cases, operating plans, and new business proposals;
• Creating materials to effectively communicate progress to both partners and clients;
• Encouraging product adoption and evolution by actively engaging with key business sponsors and organizational leaders.

We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract 

• UoP: 14 100 – 16 600 PLN gross/month
• B2B: 100 – 130 PLN net/hour + VAT

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment;
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams;
• Experience in developing business cases, user stories, and roadmaps, with a plus for knowledge of data and AI tools;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and adaptability to changing technologies;
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach;
• Ability to influence product adoption among various stakeholders and translate market trends into actionable insights;
• Excellent team player with a high level of initiative, self-motivation, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining diligent attention to detail.
