We are a technology centre responsible for software development and strategic digital transformation of the British financial market giant, Hargreaves Lansdown.
HL Tech was established in July 2017. Our goal is to provide secure software to help investors perform their financial operations. Initially, the team consisted of 15 people, today we have 80 best-in-class IT experts. Thanks to their passion, commitment and expertise, we are able to implement truly innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies. Also, we are a company where Agile does work.

The office is located in Warsaw Spire on 34th floor.
LOCATION: Warsaw Spire, Plac Europejski 1, Warsaw
We are looking for highly skilled & motivated Java Developers who enjoy seeing their work making a measurable impact to a business and disrupting the status quo. Our development squads will consist of Java Developers, Test Engineers and IT Analysts and will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the entire product.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree in computing, IT or a numerate discipline
- Solid commercial programming experience
- Experience in Java development, preferably the recent versions
- Hands-on experience with design patterns and programming best practices
- Experience in delivering software projects using Agile/Scrum methodology
- Specific knowledge of our associated development technologies like Spring, Spring Boot, Groovy, Spock or any other cutting-edge technology
- Good knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
DESIRABLE:
- Knowledge of finance products
- Familiarity with Oracle database
- Practical knowledge on developing using react.js, TypeScript or any other
