In this role, you will supervise the Operations team in Krakow and report to Wojciech Zając. As a part of the Global operations team in the Enterprise Software group, you have an impact on our cloud-based (SaaS) solutions that help our customers to make key business decisions.
Your responsibilities
- Build and lead the Operations team in Kraków for the Enterprise Software group
- Support the team efforts to provide the monitoring and issue a diagnosis of our software solutions
- Build, maintain, and improve the monitoring and alerting capabilities for the application performance, security, and health
- Build strong collaboration with both Customer Experience and Research and Development teams
- Be a contact person for the Global operations team
Your background
- Excellent leadership skills (5+ years of experience in supervising operations teams)
- Understanding all the aspects of Software Development Life Cycle in an Agile environment
- Hands-on experience with introducing and maintaining monitoring and alerting solutions for software applications
- Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, and service-oriented architecture is a plus
- Fluent English
- Strong negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills
