Job Description

Key Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, and implement advanced AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.

·       Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve decision-making processes.

·       Lead AI and machine learning research initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and advancements.

·       Mentor and guide junior data scientists and machine learning engineers.

·       Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements

·       10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or related fields.

·       Proficiency in Polish is required.

·       Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.

·       Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

·       Proven track record of developing and deploying AI models in a production environment.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.

·       Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

·       Strong understanding of data engineering and data architecture principles.

·       Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
