HiQo Solutions is growing its teams and looking for a Python Test Automation Engineer to work on a project within an Agriculture unit.
PROJECT INFO
Our client is the leading farm management software system, providing powerful data tools and unparalleled customer support for family and institutional farms. The company’s cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) platform offers business-oriented farms the ability to track field activities, manage resources and make better decisions. It provides a wide range of software products for input management, harvest management, planning, budgeting, work orders and analytics. Functioning as the hub of the farm's data, it provides reporting for bankers, regulators, insurers, and stakeholders.
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- 3+ years of experience as an AQA;
- Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies;
- Good knowledge of Python and related libraries (pytest);
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks (selenium/selenide);
- Clear understanding of test automation process and excellent debugging skills;
- Experience in automated testing of web applications and API;
- Experience in CI tools and containerization (Docker);
- Knowledge of BDD approach;
- Experience in VCS (git);
- Knowledge of SQL basics;
- English - Intermediate + and above.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Track AQA processes on the project and improve if required;
- Automate new E2E UI scenarios;
- Automate new tests for API (REST);
- Analyze automation runs and implement enhancements;
- Support existing automation tests;
- Support existing CI jobs for auto-tests and update if required;
- Lead meetings with customers on AQA related topics;
- Estimate automation efforts;
- Create reasonable test documentation;
- Work closely with manual QAs regarding automation processes.
