Our QA approach is wide and contains not only testing but also includes the whole development process. Our mission as QA engineers is to ensure that this process flows "from left to right" without any obstacles and in the most effective way with expected product quality. We strongly believe that QA engineers nowadays should be more than testers and should have deep technical knowledge.

Duties:

  • Supporting our customers by taking care of the quality of their products
  • Manual and automation testing
  • Suggesting new tools and solutions for new customers
  • Participating in process improvement
  • Taking care of the department's infrastructure
  • Responsible for supporting other QA Team members and developing their skills
  • Cooperating with scrum teams

Experience:

  • Several years of experience on testing/QA role
  • Test automation experience in the area of web technologies (inc. API tests)
  • Ability to suggest the best solutions in the QA area
  • Knowledge of the best practices in test automation and programming (e.g. Page Object Pattern, SOLID, clean code), git or similar version control system
  • Very good command of English
  • Strong technical and knowledge of at least one programming languages (e.g. Java, TypeScript, Python)
  • Willingness to act as a leader and the ability to inspire others, help then improving their skills
  • Strong understanding of business and technical logic of applications and software development lifecycle
