    Who we're looking for


    We're looking for a leader and founding member of our engineering team. A person with fast-paced and agile approach, who will help us deliver the MVP quickly and then continue refining the product.

    As part of our team, you will:

    • Have a key influence on our architecture, tech stack and evolution of our SaaS platform,
    • Have a strong focus on scalability and reliability of our platform,
    • Ensure good programming practices in the team,
    • Take part in recruitment and growth on or development team,
    • Work in a multidisciplinary Agile team based on Scrum,
    • Work with data scientists, designers, psychometricians and non-engineers.

    Requirements:


    Strong experience in:

    • Python
    • API design and implementation
    • Containerization
    • CI/CD processes
    • Google Cloud Platform
    • Leading small teams

    Nice to have:

    • DevOps experience
    • Frontend experience (especially React)
