Your skills

• Proven experience (5+ years) working as a PHP Developer
• Previous experience (2+ years) in a leadership or senior developer role managing multiple projects
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile, excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, fluent English

Your Tasks

• Leading a team of PHP developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise
• Collaborating with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
• Reviewing code written by team members to ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and project requirements
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end and back-end components
• Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the development team
