We are looking for a seasoned Product Management ready to build a strong product culture, shape product strategy, improve discovery and delivery processes, and enable two product teams to effectively deliver value to our customers.

  • Act as a direct leader for two Product Managers, a Product Analyst and a Senior Product Designer & Team leader and ensure alignment among these Product functions.
  • Co-shape the product strategy and own a cross- team product roadmap planning and execution process
  • Enable product teams to ideate, plan, develop, and validate effective solutions that address opportunities and enable sustainable product development process
  • Align objectives, remove blockers, and build processes to increase speed and impact of value delivery to our customers
  • Ensure timely, transparent communication and smooth intra- and cross- team collaboration
  • Foster accountability and feedback culture within the team (give, solicit and receive ongoing feedback and encourage others to do so)
  • Keep team members focused on common goals and take responsibility for teams KPI’s and OKR’s 
  • Cooperate closely with other departments on company-wide initiatives and company strategy execution


We are looking for a person with:

  • Proven track record of acting as a participative product team leader who enables, motivates and unites the whole product team to achieve common goals - must have
  • Proven track record of managing technology-powered products, including a minimum of 4 years of B2B SaaS products - must have
  • Hands-on experience with shaping and articulating  product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals as well as translating it into a product roadmap  - must have
  • Experience with co-shaping monetization strategy 
  • Experience with planning and managing the budget of the product function & team as well as planning and managing the ROI for product initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the perspectives of multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, marketing, customer support.
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written and spoken narrative.
  • Pragmatic approach to implementing solutions, ensuring they match needs and deliver results without unnecessary sophistication
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, customer support team members, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and analyze quantitative & qualitative user data.
  • Understanding of the tech aspects of product maintenance and development (programming, server administration, infrastructure, DevOps) 
  • Fluent Polish and C1 level of English.
  • Team player attitude with exceptional communication skills and positivity
  • Resilience that helps to eagerly embrace FAILs as First Attempts In Learning in the process of experimenting and testing
