    Job description

    • Adhering to SLAs
    • ITIL Processes awareness and adhering to
    • Reporting to the Track Lead / Team Lead
    • Helping team members in case of Issues/Technical Problems
    • Handling tickets / requests
    • Troubleshooting technical issues
    • Ensuring that the processes are adhered to
    • Understanding of Multi-geo support environment
    • Responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration
    • Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA
    • Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction
    • Implementing new technologies and design changes
    • Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level
    • Day-to-Day reporting analysis tasks
    • Interaction with various technical tracks (L2 support)
    • Vendor co-ordination & follow up
    • Knowledge about ITIL, CMMi framework
    • Ability to maintain the availability and performance of .net & Java based applications
    • Knowledge in Web Server/App server architecture, Apache Tomcat & JBOSS EAP
    • Good knowledge of web applications hosted on IIS, Worker process(s) troubleshooting, IIS logs monitoring, Recycling of applications.
    • Understanding around on setting up Scheduled Tasks and usage Service Accounts usage.
    • Understanding and experience on deployments and release management process
    • Understanding of any other App/Web server (like tomcat, wildfly, httpd etc.) will be a plus
    • Exposure to SSL Certificates
    • Should be familiar with debugging of application data issues and server health check/monitoring.
    • Maintain Knowledge base and provide first level resolution.
    • Should be capable to extracting and analysing TOMCAT/JBOSS/JVM logs
    • Should be able to understand, modify and write SQL queries independently to retrieve data from the database as needed.
    • Should be familiar with the scripting knowledge like PowerShell & Python
    • Having basic understanding or awareness of Informatica and SAP modules.
    • Basic understanding of Networks with skills around Telnet, Netstat and DNS and AD fundamental
    • Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
    • Excellent customer handling skills
    • Good documentation skills
    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
