For our Client, well-known global brand located in Poznań we are looking for a person interested in the role of an IT Administrator.
If you are experienced in implementing and supporting IT systems in laboratory or manufacturing areas, preferably with some software developing skills, want to have real end-to-end responsibility for systems you are supporting and be part of this exiting adventure - do not hesitate to apply!

Basic Qualifications:
- Providing 1st and 2nd level user support to resolve problems, hardware issues, infrastructure errors and outages related to systems and applications.
- End-to-end troubleshooting applications across different technology domains including interfaces to external equipment
- Familiarity with concepts, standards, technology, tools, processes, hardware, etc in use for delivering information services
- Analytical skills, creativity, problem solving skills
- Strong IT background
- Good English skills (writing and speaking)
Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Business experience in programming or end-to-end support for business systems and applications
- Understanding of Software Engineering and Good Engineering Practices / Experience in computer system validation/ qualification and system lifecycle
- Programming and scripting skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem: Windows OS (PC’s/ Servers), SQL, Office
- Documentation writing skills
- Continuously looking for opportunities to learn, build skills and share learning.
