Key technologies:

• Knowledge of BPMN

• Knowledge of UML

• Knowledge of SQL

• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect

• Knowledge of JIRA Software

• Knowledge of Confluence

• Knowledge of the business domain—legal and business regulations regarding the specializations of physicians, dentists, pharmacists, laboratory diagnosticians, nurses, midwives, and other professions relevant to healthcare

• 3 years of experience in business process modeling and engineering, as well as in specifying requirements for IT systems using UML and BPMN

• Experience serving as an analyst on at least 3 projects where software development was based on agile methodology, and tasks assigned by the candidate to the development team were described as user stories

• 3 years of experience modeling UML and BPMN in a CASE tool—Sparx Enterprise Architect preferred

• Knowledge of issues related to IT architecture modeling, IT system design, and software engineering

• Ability to gather business requirements for IT projects

• Bachelor’s degree
