We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer for our client - a global firm providing financial services. You will be joining a multi-disciplinary agile team within the client's company that works in close partnership with the business and delivers to production on a frequent basis. You will also be working closely with the wider developer community in order to identify opportunities to extend the platform capabilities, collaborate on projects and deliver state-of-the-art solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain reliable software solutions.
- Deliver software enhancements and projects to meet comapny new business requirements.
- Continuously improve platforms by incorporating the latest technologies and software development ideas.
- Foster close working relationships with other technology teams to drive cross-team initiatives.
- Take responsibility for system upgrades, resiliency improvements, capacity enhancements, automation, and controls.
- Ensure seamless integration with other applications.
- Work closely with support teams to manage and resolve operational issues. Collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality products to clients
Requirements:
- 6+ years of commercial experience in Java
- Experience with platform tradings
- Good understanding of SQL databases
- Experience with messaging framework
- Unit testing Scrum/Agile experience
- Fluent in Englis
