For our major, global Clients from the Financial Services and Telco sectors we are looking for experienced DevOps Lead Engineers.

In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering transparent communication, setting performance standards, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical services. Your responsibilities will span from architecture of new solutions to spearheading software delivery transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate efficient information flow between teams within the organization
• Define and monitor performance objectives for team members, conducting regular evaluations
• Take ownership of critical service monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution
• Lead recruitment efforts and mentor new team members
• Actively participate in engineering alignment meetings and Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Champion the adoption of well-documented engineering practices within the team
• Collaborate in the co-architecture of new services with a focus on scalability and resilience
• Evaluate and implement new solutions, ensuring capacity planning and growth strategies
• Lead deployment and configuration strategies for new services, including go-live activities
• Drive continuous improvement of internal services for enhanced efficiency and reliability
• Prioritize and plan work activities in alignment with project requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of DevOps experience with 2 years of managerial/leadership role
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in English (C1 +)
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Deep understanding of DevOps, SRE and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in CI/CD solutions such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions etc.
• Solid knowledge of Linux environments and scripting languages like Bash and Python
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or similar
