Full-Stack Tech Lead

For international betting company we are looking for:

Full-Stack Tech Lead
Katowice (2-3 days onsite per week)
Employment or B2B

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a dev team

• Support design and architecture of full stack systems in cooperation with Software Architect

• Drive technical decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability

• Design and oversee development backend services using Go

• Ensure high-quality frontend development

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

• Establish and enforce good SDLC practices

• Architect and implement event-driven systems (low level design)

• Identify and manage technical risks and debt

• Contribute to hiring and onboarding of engineering talent

Requirements

• Experience in leading dev teams

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering (including full-stack)

• Experience in Golang (Go) or Node.JS or PHP/Symfony

• Experience in JavaScript or TypeScript

• Experience in React or Angular

• Cloud and DevOps awareness (AWS preferred)

• Experience with relational and noSQL databases

• Experience with event-driven architectures and Microservices

• Strong communication skills

• Fluent in English and Polish

• Ability to work in working environment where Frequent Releases are a standard

• Nice to have: experience in on of sectors - betting / gambling, finance / fintech, insurance / insurtech
