For one of our top international clients from the electronic sector we are looking for Embedded Software Engineer.

This position is based in Warsaw, Poland - hybrid work - 3 days per week from the office is required.

 

About the project

The team is focused on software quality and the development process of cutting-edge chipsets. The team is staying current with all projects in the research hub, using modern solutions to handle specifications, verify software quality, and conduct rigorous testing globally.

 

Responsibilities 

• Support the Ultra-wideband (UWB) project. 

• Develop UWB software according to standards (IEEE 802.15.4, 15.4z, CCC, FiRa). 

• Communicate with external clients. 

 

Must-have

• Degree in telecommunications, radio electronics, computer science, or a similar field (final-year students are also welcome). 

• Proficiency in C/C++ programming. 

• Ability to read and understand technical specifications (e.g., IEEE). 

• Knowledge of operating systems and embedded systems theory. 

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, git, and Gerrit.

• Experience with wireless communication technologies (WiFi, Bluetooth, cellular networks). 

• Strong analytical and debugging skills. 

• Excellent English language skills. 

• Willingness to travel for business. 

• Open-minded with 'outside the box' thinking. 

 

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of cybersecurity. 

• Experience with UWB, IEEE 802.15.4, FiRa, CCC. 

• Previous experience with UWB-related projects. 

• Driving license (category B).
