Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable web applications with a focus on usability and performance.
- Designing innovative solutions utilising the latest technologies
- Interact with an extended, global team of experienced software developers.
Tech Required:
- 6+ years’ experience in Core Java, Java EE, JavaScript and UI development.
- Java 8
- Spring Boot 2.x
- JQuery
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services
- Database: Oracle 11+, JPA, SQL
- Proficient in using SQL to query relational databases
- Experience using J2EE application containers : Tomcat
- Tools – Experience with IDEs (Eclipse), Maven, Ant, GIT
Skills Required:
- Experience in working on multiple technologies and medium to complex systems, well versed with design standards and frameworks
- Experience with development of client facing UI modules with a focus on usability and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with continuous integration and agile development methodology is desirable
- Experience in unit and integration testing is required
- Good analytical skills.
- Knowledge of security best practises.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to contribute in design discussions and problem solving sessions.
