About The Role

We are looking for a MarTech DevOps Specialist to manage, maintain and develop our core backend platform, APIs, Data Structure and Datasets (Simon Data, Salesforce and other).

• Manage technically our Customer Data Platform (Simon Data)
• Design, develop and maintain our data structure, datasets and business queries utilized by Marketing, eCommerce and Customer Service departments
• Manage, monitor and develop our integrations and APIs
• Partner with Analytics team to build reports, dashboards and metrics
• Maintain technical documentation of the environment
• Monitor and validate platform alerts, install new versions and perform upgrades
• Perform complex data loads
• Create and run scripts for data cleanup and data modification
• Environment management (deployments, development/testing environments setup)

What You Need

• At least 3 years of experience as a technical DevOps
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience of SQL and scripting languages
• At least 1 year of experience with OOP (Java, C#, Apex or similar)
• Hands-on knowledge of creating and managing integrations thru APIs
• Great troubleshooting skills
• Being curious, independent, rigorous and proactive kind of a person with a can-do attitude
• Being excellent team player with strong attention to details
• Fluent English

What Is Nice To Have

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Being familiar with Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud)

What Makes You Eligible

• Be willing to travel up to 5%, domestic and international travel
• This role is eligible to work remotely full-time from Poland with occasional trips into the Lodz office location required (this could be on 24-hour notice)
