Responsible for facilitating the Digital Compliance activities across the company. This includes supporting internal and external audits, maintaining our ISMS and compliance framework as well as performing regular ISMS controls and creating regulatory and audit evidence documentation.
This position will report to the Manager of Digital Privacy Compliance, who is part of the overall Digital Security Engineering team.
Analyst, Digital Privacy & Compliance
What you will do:
- Manage all kinds of internal audits related to (K)SOX or other ad-hoc audits,
- Facilitate business stakeholders to comply with compliance requirements defined by the internal ISMS,
- Perform compliance controls on a regular (i.e., monthly, quarterly) basis around user management, change management, policy adherence and other areas,
- Serve as subject matter expert and central contact for Harman’s Internal Audit department related to Harman’s internal compliance control system (i.e., the ISMS),
- Maintain the set of HARMAN policies and procedures which are security or compliance related.
What you need:
- 2-3 years of experience on Compliance activities, preferably in international footprint,
- Experience in audit handling,
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, including reading, writing and speaking,
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment,
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Industry certifications around auditing practices, e.g. CISA or relatable.
