    Job Description

    We are looking for SAP Specialist for SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM). As part of Hapag-Lloyds SAP Team, you work for the SAP Product Planning & Result together with the colleagues in Hamburg, Gdansk and around the globe. The SAP Team in Gdansk currently consists of 18 SAP professionals. Hapag-Lloyd plans to use the SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) tool for cost allocation processes. Hapag-Lloyd works actually on an SAP ECC 6.8 system with the plan to migrate to SAP S/4HANA in the near future.


    Responsibilities

    • Design, implement and run SAP Profitability and Performance Management at Hapag-Lloyd in close cooperation with the Hapag-Lloyd Business Team and Product Owners (requirement analysis, implementation, run)
    • Participation in S/4HANA Migration Projects
    • Acting as interface between business users and Hapag-Lloyd IT & external system vendors
    • Define requirements for interfaces to connect PaPM with external systems
    • Administration, maintenance, and functional enhancement of PaPM tool
    • Creation of test planning, documentation, execution of functional tests and support of functional acceptances


    Qualifications

    • Expert knowledge in SAP Controlling environment (business and customizing)
    • Experience with PaPM implementation as well as with modeling and development in PaPM Experience with data analytics tools like Data Lake or Data Sphere are a plus
    • Experience in defining concepts and implementing solutions for data management and archiving
    • Ability to develop functions using SQL is a plus
    • Strong IT knowledge and relevant work experience in IT projects 
    • Very good knowledge of English
