    Join our team at Hapag-Lloyd as SAP Inhouse Consultant Roles & Authorizations and help us navigate the future!


    Responsibilities

    • Design and implement new authorization concepts along with business departments and IT stakeholders
    • Maintain existing SAP roles and authorizations in the SAP ECC and S/4Hana systems
    • Development of authorization setup in S/4HANA within project release 
    • Supporting executions of functional tests during projects 
    • Collaborate with the centralized Hapag-Lloyd Identity Access Management Team 
    • Collaborate with SAP Development team regarding SAP authorization setup for new SAP developments, following the Hapag-Lloyd guideline 
    • Create appropriate authorization roles for each new or changed organizational unit at Hapag-Lloyd using a standardized approach 
    • Act as a third level support for SAP authorization related questions 
    • Thinking outside of the box - continuously improve the system stability and performance by conducting performance and failure analyses
    • Plan and execute quarterly authorization audit runs 
    • Collaborate with the Business System owners to develop the Hapag-Lloyd Segregation of duties policy 


    Qualifications

    • 3+ years’ experience with SAP and expert knowledge in SAP Authorization setup and maintenance
    • Strong IT knowledge and relevant work experience in SAP projects
    • Knowledge of SAP FI and CO or MM authorization objects concept
    • Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) concept and risk mitigation
    • Act as a pragmatic, proactive, dynamic and independent team player with high solution-orientation 
    • Enthusiasm for working in a global logistics company with constantly changing challenges 
    • Strong communication skills in an international environment paired with good command of written and spoken English 
    • A collaborative and empathic mindset to enable our business colleagues through our solutions
    • Knowledge of S/4HANA authorization setup would be an asset
    • Experience in GRC, SAP BTP or SAP Cloud Solution is nice to have
    • Expertise in Akquinet SAST Toolset would be appreciated
    • Understanding agile software development processes are an advantage
