SAP Consultant for Accounts Payable and Invoice Verification

Responsibilities
- Defining the Roadmap for Vendor Invoice Management at Hapag-Lloyd together with the Product owner for Accounts Payable on business side
- Collaborating with the Product owner for Accounts Payable to identify new requirements and to create user stories, for process consulting as well as for the maintenance and support of the AP processes in SAP
- Developing the new solutions in OpenText to optimize the product
- Supporting our users worldwide resolving Vendor Invoice management related Incidents – including changes in the current VIM Customizing settings
- Planning and executing the version upgrades for the Vendor invoice management
- Managing the external service providers for VIM
- Acting as an innovator within the team and driving new processes forward operationally, as well as using and implementing new technologies
Qualifications
- 4 years’ experience in customizing and working in Accounts Payables processes, ideally combined with a deep knowledge in OpenText VIM
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Understanding of business processes and technical knowledge in SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management and adjacent SAP Modules like Accounts Payable, Payments, Controlling and Procurement
- Experience in the technical details of Invoice Verification and OpenText
- Ability to create technical specifications for developers
- Relevant experience in the customizing and implementation of VIM
- A collaborative and empathic mindset to enable our business colleagues through our solutions
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori is an advantage
- Experience in Agile working methods, as in Scrum – would be nice to have
- Knowledge of HL IT Products and understanding of container shipping business is an advantage
- Relevant previous experience in the areas of logistics or transportation – would be an asset
