• Strong problem-solving abilities are crucial.

• Familiarity with various software development processes (such as Agile, Waterfall or DevOps)
• Being proficient in using testing tools and understand different testing techniques
• Effective communication with developers, product teams, and stakeholders is essential
• Software development educational background is a definite plus

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

This role centers on serving as a key member of the international development team (mainly United States and Poland), taking charge of software development and implementation across all Haddad Brands business units worldwide.

Your responsibilities

1. Reviewing and analyzing system specifications
2. Executing test scripts and reviewing results
3. Reporting and documenting technical issues
4. Develop effective strategies and test plans
5. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
6. Evaluate product code according to specifications
7. Create logs to document testing phases and defects
8. Report bugs and errors to development teams
9. Help troubleshoot issues
10. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
11. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
