The office is located in Paris, France.
The work is divided into: roughly 3 months remote in Poland, 3 weeks stationary in the Paris office.
Within the IT department, and under the authority of the development manager, the application domain manager:
• Responsible for supervising, maintaining, and improving ERP applications, specifically in the MS Dynamics Finance & Operations environment of HBE.
• Ensures the consistency, availability, and performance of ERP solutions while ensuring alignment with HBE's business needs and strategic objectives.
• Guarantees the performance, availability, and security of applications while ensuring alignment with HBE's strategic objectives.
• Responsible for planning and coordinating developments with the integrator.
YOUR MISSIONS
• Supervise and coordinate all activities related to MS Dynamics Finance & Operations ERP. Manages the application portfolio of their domain.
• Organizes the project roadmap with business units.
• Analyzes and understands business needs to ensure effective management of the application portfolio. Develops and implements the application lifecycle management strategy.
• Organizes a user support strategy for change management.
• Provides user training on ERP functionalities.
• Team Management. Supervises and motivates teams responsible for the application domain and ensures the development of skills and competence enhancement of collaborators.
SECURITY OF APPLICATION AND INFORMATION ASSETS
• Maintains an inventory and mapping of application modules in their domain as well as all associated flows (mastering them end-to-end with all intermediaries and all changes).

• Strong knowledge of ERP applications D365 Finance and Operations.
• Proven experience in managing application portfolios.
• Strong project management and team coordination skills.
• In-depth knowledge of application technologies and architectures.
• Mastery of application security issues.
• Ability to anticipate technological developments and integrate them into the application strategy.
• Proven experience in managing an ERP in a professional environment.
• Good understanding of business processes related to supply chain management, finance, purchasing, sales, etc.
• Ability to analyze functional requirements and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

PROFILE SOUGHT
• We are looking for a candidate with 10 years of experience in similar roles and who has previously worked in a logistic, retail, and international context.
• The candidate must have prior experience with modules: Dynamics, D365 Financial.
• A fluent level of English is required as you will regularly interact with international teams.
• French knowledge a plus
Hire process: get to know meeting in Polish followed by a second one, technical oriented within 2 weeks period. Brief English conversation is possible in order to estimate the skills.
