Local Product Lead

🌎 Position is based in Poznan(Gadki)

We are pleased to announce that we are now looking to recruit a Local Product Lead(Project Manager) in the Core Engineering Domain.

As a Local Product Lead (LPL), you represent the link between the product teams, the brands & functions within a dedicated market. The LPL is the voice back to the product teams to help them build customer obsessed products that achieve the targeted effects and meet customer expectations in the markets. If there is a business value, the LPL can also propose market specific adaptations of global products. 

The LPL is based in the sales market and possess a collaborative, creative and practical mindset that spots opportunities for Business and Technology improvements. You seek tight collaborations with business functions in the markets to ensure successful and efficient roll-out and change as well as benefit realization and support of launched products. As part of the Core Engineering domain, you create business growth, new opportunities and delight consumers by developing & capitalizing on our modern tools and core engineering backbone.
  
Responsibilities:
👉
Benefit realization (efficient operation & achievement product specific KPIs) for 9 markets 
👉 Identify market opportunities and understand local regulation and compliances.
👉 Understand and commit with the global product strategy.
👉 Synthesize local customers’ needs into product requirements for global products.
👉 Ensure deployment of products to markets.
👉 Assist in the development of new products and enhance product-market fit.
👉 Manage global, regional, local stakeholders and build partnership with local organization.
👉 Manage regional and/or local contracts.
👉 Support countries when setting up budget, resources, communication, training.
👉 Promoting agile mindset and culture.

🔍 Planning and preparing the roll-out of products in markets, coordinating both with regional stakeholders as well as global product teams, ensuring alignment on dependencies and timelines.
🔍 Ability to drive roll-out and change initiatives incl. task breakdown, prioritization and planning, pro-active risk management and status monitoring
🔍 Ensure strong operational and organizational readiness within markets when rolling-out new and change of existing products (i.e network, telephony, handheld devices, tablets, customer counter, digital signage)
🔍 OKR Methodologies, ITSM (Service Now), Jira, Office 365.
