As the AB Test and Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer value, strengthening our brand, and driving sales. You'll support regional markets by identifying precise customer selections and target audiences for media, rewards, and segmented communication. In this role, you'll align cross-functional goals, boost omni-channel sales performance, and ensure a customer-centric approach in every initiative. You'll be responsible for driving the regional A/B testing agenda, directly influencing commercial decisions. With coding in SQL or Python as your bread and butter, you'll design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across media channels, delivering powerful, data-driven recommendations that fuel our growth.
To be successful in the role as the AB Test and Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you should have a strong commercial focus, with a proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. As a specialist, you translate marketing and sales opportunities to customer target segments and design a test set-up, understanding the applied statistics to drive business growth. You enjoy working hands-on with coding and learning new tools (e.g. SAS, Adobe Lab) and data visualization to perform analysis.
This is a full-time position, located in Warsaw, Poland. The AB Test and Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist reports to the Insights & Analytics Manager.
