About Gyfted
We’re an early-stage startup out of Stanford University building software to help match job-seekers and career changers with teams not only based on their CV and skills, but also their personality and team culture fit. Our psychometrics+AI tools (psychological measurements of personality) are built on an open access platform to enable individuals to safely use our tools and get personalized feedback for personal growth purposes, as well as job matching.

Currently we’re helping several cool early stage startups (gaming, security, ecommerce, marketing) find their next great team members that suit their needs and team culture.
If you:
- have at least 1 year of JavaScript programming experience
- know at least one modern JS frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue)
- are proficient with Git
- feel good about working in a “remote first” culture
- speak good English
- communicate well and openly
- want to contribute to a product that will have an actual impact
and optionally:
- you’ve worked in product company at some point
- have experience in backend programming (node.js or Java) or have a willingness to pursue toward a fullstack engineering role
