Your main responsibilities:
- Learning ServiceNow platform from our mentors during an introductory course – even if you know it, we’ll still teach you our best practices :)
- Delivering stories from start to finish
- Preparing implementation scopes
- Clarifying business descriptions of stories with business consultants
- Managing personal or team update sets/releases
- Implementing stories according to implementation scope
- Writing technical descriptions and test scenarios
- Following GuideVision implementation standards and best practices
What we expect from you:
- Practical experience with OOP languages, preferably JavaScript, is a must; AngularJS, Bootstrap, REST API will be nice to have
- Proven track record with ServiceNow or another platform as a developer / consultant will be an asset
- Desire to educate and develop yourself - you'll need to take part in trainings and we'll enrourage you to grow
- Ability to communicate comfortably with your colleagues as well as clients (sometimes you may need to show a demo, advise)
- Fluency in English, for it is our language of communication in the company
