This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include the following:

  • Own relationships with new and existing vendors (over 30 global 3rd parties) to ensure SLAs are consistently met and services are leveraged and used effectively across the business 
  • Lead negotiations and own budget for services vendors, closely collaborating with procurement and finance teams and adhering to global guidelines and contracts 
  • Complete the Third-Party Risk Assessment for new engagements   
  • Manage PO’s / budgets / invoices for global Tech organization for Supply Chain and R&D teams (Value Chain)
  • Continuously look for cost optimization opportunities without compromising on quality of service provided 
  • Ensure alignment of contracts and global budgets 
  • Manage onboarding process for new B2B resources 
  • Track spend per cost centres 
  • Cross-charge spend to appropriate cost centres 

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Business analysis skills and IT background (deep and advanced tech skills are not necessary)
  • Experience in managing relationship with vendors across different markets, preferably at global level
  • Experience in managing large budget and coordinate budget spend across several markets
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at senior levels as well as technical teams
  • Ability to provide recommendations on the product level
  • Skills and ability to influence peers/upwards

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience within at least one of systems: SAP Fieldglass/SAP ERP (P2P, CLM) / SAP Fiori
  • Experience in Procurement/Purchasing Team/Finance controlling or business partnering
  • Comfortable with data analytics: Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL
