Our team of IT professionals works on Customer Identity and Access Management system (CIAM) – SAP GIGYA/CDC, supporting pharma and consumer markets all over the world. We manage user data stored in cloud of healthcare professionals who are offered web services through GSK HCP portals. Our team supports Digital Marketing solutions e.g. Data Driven Marketing or Marketing Automation. If you want to develop your career in areas like Web development, data integration, identity management and you are interested in Agile ways of working you are good candidate to join our team.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include the following:
  • Implementing interactive web components for user registration, login, multichannel communication using Gigya platform
  • Providing technical support for GSK web sites built on Gigya and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms
  • Implementing BE solutions to import/export data from various systems e.g. CRM
  • ETL programming/scripting for data transformation
  • Building Data Models
  • Identification of technical issues and troubleshooting (e.g. in web browser)
  • Working in Agile/Scrum
  • Collaborate with Back-End and Front-End teams to build the web sites
  • Solving reported issues according to service guidelines
  • Providing technical assessments for proposed solutions
  • Knowledge sharing within the team

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT in application or data support
  • Knowledge and experience in data operations (Database, Website)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5, CCS3, JavaScript
  • Experience in working in Agile
  • Knowledge of tools such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)
  • Experience in service support and service processes, exposure to ITIL
  • Very good English verbal & written communication skills (min. B2)

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility for projects as well as to solve technical issues independently,
  • Degree in Engineering/IT or Technical Sciences
