This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include the following:
- Review and analyze user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Create test scripts and execute them
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) and analyze results
- Design and develop automation scripts when needed
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
- Provide documentation by creating logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Provide support by helping to troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester, Software Tester or similar role
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
- Knowledge of tools for managing test cases and defects (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, etc.)
- Good command of English (min. B2)
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Knowledge of Salesforce – basic level (experience with Service or Sales Cloud Lightning UI)
- ISTQB (Foundation Level certificate)
- Knowledge of UML / BPMN business process modeling standards - basic level
- Knowledge of testing automation tools compatible with SFDC (Provar, Selenium)
