This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include the following:

1) Enable transformation

  • Support the ongoing production of the TSR portfolio & prioritization process on a Quarterly basis with increasingly sophisticated forecasting and value definitions
  • Support TSR product and service owners in the disciplines of Portfolio Management in relation to Agile practices & education
  • Support the preparations, inputs & outputs of Big Room Planning
  • Continually review budget and resource allocation across projects to ensure alignment w/ priorities
  • Portfolio have the appropriate levels of oversight & funding to support
  • Incorporate emerging risks and trends in cybersecurity into future organizational investment decisions
  • Participate in the Tech Community of Practice for Portfolio Management

2) Support the Global Cybersecurity Performance Director in activities to deliver TSR priorities

  • As requested, support Portfolio Management Director with scheduling, location logistics, follow ups, presentation preparation, dashboards and outcome tracking
  • Identify and address inconsistencies and topics that require alignment amongst TSR LT
  • Build strong trusted, working relationships with TSR LT and TSR Senior Leaders to help them work together as a high performing organization
  • Lead relevant projects which are key priority for the CISO

Why you? 


Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Min. 5 years of experience in the subject matter of TSR applications/TSR Strategy
  • Strong English skills (min. C1 level)
  • Deep knowledge of Engineering; Digital/Tech; ERP/Finance/HR/Procurement
  • PMP certificate or equivalent in agile methods implementation
  • An advanced understanding of how to manage complex work plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills will be needed to articulate & bring clarity to the Portfolio and foster alignment across product and service owners
  • Project management background will demonstrate ability to understand solutions & lifecycle to develop, maintain and support and bring depth & contribution to how the planning cycles will work/operate
