These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Delivering solutions from product roadmaps
- Ensuring the use of relevant Pharma Tech / central services and collaborating with service partners in the identification and delivery of service improvements
- Supporting Product Owner and product team to deliver value continuously, fostering and maintaining close links with customers, related Solution groups e.g. Sales Marketing and Contact Centers and Core Tech
- Ensuring continuity of business execution i.e. operational support for relevant applications (service support in the ticketing system and social/media platforms directly)
- Proactively developing and delivering continuous improvement/simplification of Product portfolio to enhance user productivity, increase system reliability and reduce the total cost of ownership
- Keeping relevant technical documentation up to date in support of the lifecycle plan for audits/reviews
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Proficiency with Tech support for Social Media Software (e.g. channels creation, pixel implementation) OR for Digital Media Software (Advertiser creation, DV360 and YouTube association)
- Experience with ITIL
- Experience with data structures (i.e. information management), data models or relational database design
- Being a subject matter expert in at least one scientific domain (Sales, Marketing, Media, Accessibility, SEO)
