Job Description Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a team accountable for the design and improvement of Customer Relations Management Systems (CRMS).
By joining this team, you will become part of a global organization, and work alongside Product Owners, Product Experts and the Stakeholders/Consumer on exciting projects to improve the end user experience.
As a Product Consultant you will conduct research, analysis, requirement gathering to understand customer needs, and propose fit for purpose solutions. You will have a direct impact on the delivery of the product enhancement and features. In this role you will be able to provide guidance, recommend solutions and influence business processes.
Key responsibilities
- End-to-end change requests/new functionalities coordination, which includes facilitation and requirements gathering
- Business and functional analysis
- Cooperation with global business Stakeholders
- Analysis of business requirements
- Propose design of optimal technical solutions
- UAT (user acceptance tests) coordination
- Documentation and training preparation
- Communication with stakeholders in multiple locations
- Providing consultation in terms of Salesforce.com capabilities
- Developing required level of technical knowledge of the system supported
