Product Consultant at GSK help to improve processes and systems, by conduct discovery, requirements gathering, research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems.

This role supports the performance, operations and continuous improvement of Consumer Relations Management System (CRMS) and manages its full lifecycle while in production. An ongoing commitment to improve the user experience for the system is required.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include the following:

  • Close cooperation with stakeholders and Tech teams to drive delivery of system enhancements
  • Designing solution outlines to base on best in class technological features of Salesforce platform
  • Business and functional analysis of requirements from global business Stakeholders including: world-wide located Consumer Relations (CR) and Medical Information (MI) teams, Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), CRMS Users and other Tech teams
  • Proactive approach focused on delivering business value and based on a thorough understanding of business CR, MI and QA processes and system functionalities
  • Coordinating and co-executing user acceptance tests
  • Preparation of documentation,  trainings  and communication
  • Developing required level of technical knowledge of the system supported

Why you? 


Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Minimum 2  years in IT systems support or business analysis
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud Platform (or MS Dynamics/SAP CRM)
  • Experience in working using Agile methodology (i.e. as a member of a Scrum team)
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence 
  • Experience in consulting and advising business stakeholders on the usage of new and existing features, as well as on their future enhancements 
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to understand business needs and to translate them into well-specified technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Good understanding of software development life cycle
  • Goal-oriented approach focused on delivering business value under changing circumstances
  • Power BI
