This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include the following:

  • Working with all levels of HR staff in assessing needs for various business functions
  • Assisting management in identifying and analyzing options and recommends for Access Management enhancements
  • Performing tests to ensure all processes work according to the pre-determined goals identified
  • Maintaining and controlling Workday access management to production and none production tenants, ensuring that access is compliant with GSK policy and procedure and meets Internal Audit and Risk Management requirements
  • Co-Ordinating Periodic Access Reviews
  • Responsible for auditing access and providing evidence for audits carried out on security of systems supported
  • Identify changes that will increase the efficiency and ease of working
  • Deploying new features, modifications, and implementing product areas post production

Why you? 



Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Case Management Tools, etc.
  • Significant experience in HR system administration or support (access management)
  • Be competent in communicating in English both verbally and in writing
  • Strong English skills (min B2 level)
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Considerable knowledge of HR systems and processes
  • Have a good aptitude for learning new technologies


Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience within Workday and/or ServiceNow
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
